I have now finished the Children's Hospital Kourageous Kids quilt for a little boy named Joseph. This was so much fun to make ... I hope it brings a smile to his little face. There were 16 in total made and will all be displayed at our upcoming guld's quilt show in May.
Oh my gosh Carol....this is so great!!!! What a fantastic idea for a child's quilt!!! I have a baby quilt to do and I think I am going to do a center panel that will be something fun....part appliqué and part embroidered..... As for the holiday ...we went to captiva island..off the coast of Florida...oh....did we ever have fun!!! My sister and her husband and my Mr. Richard. And myself.. Beach...shelling...rum drinks....bicycles...swimming....it was perfection...came home and got a bloody cold ....so I have not done nearly what I should since home....oh well....we came home to spring summer!!!! 70's!!! Just beautiful!!! Planted peas and lettuce!!! Hope to update my site today...way behind on that.... Again...I love that quilt!!! Happy day to you!
